He's gone now..but never forgotten. I always admire his creativity his spirit and his determination, his brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovation.
He battled cancer in 2004 and underwent a liver transplant in 2009 after taking a leave of absence for unspecified health problems. Peacefully died at the age of 56.
